As Registered Builders and local owners, we take a “hands-on” approach to every project. When you choose Pepper, you aren’t being handed off to a sales team or a corporate head office; you are dealing directly with the builders.
Our philosophy is built on a simple question: “How can we help?” We provide a high-level support system for our clients and our trades so that the build is the main game, not the stress.

Henri Grawe | General Manager
Henri’s role is to ensure the entire process is organized, transparent, and moving forward. His focus is on the client experience—helping you navigate the complexities of contracts, estimating, and administration. He’s here to listen and ensure you have total clarity from the first handshake to handover.
Matt Whiting | Construction Manager
With over 37 years of experience, Matt is the lead craftsman behind our site operations. A Registered Builder and mentor, he manages our trade teams with the steady hand that only decades of residential experience can provide. Matt’s focus is on-site quality and ensuring every detail is built properly.
Amber | Operations Coordinator
The powerhouse of Pepper Constructions. Amber is the engine room that keeps our projects moving behind the scenes. From building permits and IT systems to construction schedules and daily communication, she is the key point of contact who ensures everything runs like clockwork.
Mark | Lead Carpenter
With over 25 years in residential carpentry, Mark’s attention to detail is the benchmark for our builds. When Mark is on-site, you can rest assured that the frame and finish are being handled with absolute precision.
Ben | Carpenter
A local who completed his apprenticeship with us, Ben represents the next generation of Bayside craftsmanship. His work ethic and genuine pride in his community make him an essential part of our on-site team.
