At Pepper Constructions Henri manages all the bits that are not the actual building including OHS compliance, estimating, contract administration and marketing. Henri is committed to giving Pepper Constructions clients honest advice and in making sure that everything is easy from start to finish.
Henri is a registered Master Builder, has a Cert IV in renewable energy tech, certified in OHS and is a Green Living accredited builder.
In his spare time Henri hikes, plays jazz on his guitar and hangs out with his family.
Matt is the company’s Construction Manager and they say he’s the best in the business. Matt runs the trade teams, solves the build related issues and will be your project manager once the construction commences.
Matt is driven to getting the project completed on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard. Matt is a registered Master Builder and has worked across aspect of construction since he began his career as an apprentice chippy at the age of 16.
Matt has 6 kids (which gives him no time for fishing) but he is proud to have two of them now working in the business.
Sally is approachable, professional, and passionate! With over 20 years’ experience in the building industry, she is committed to ensuring every client experiences her honest communication and enthusiasm.
Sally is the perfect guide for you throughout the preliminary stages of your project. She has great faith in the Pepper Constructions brand and its reputation for exceptional service.
In her spare time Sally loves to relax with her husband, family & two dogs, she also enjoys bush walking around the Mornington Peninsula.
Amber is Pepper Construction’s ace Administration Manager. She built the website, arranges the building permits, manages our IT, turns our scribbles into essays and is across every single area of the business from file storage to running our social media to and everything in between.
Amber studied business administration and she’s the most organised person we’ve ever met. She will be your key point of contact, keep you updated on the progress of your project and manage the schedule.
Amber enjoys hiking and live music and without her we would also all need to learn to use the photocopier.
Mick is our highly skilled, fully qualified carpenter. He’s worked remotely in the mines, as supervisor on an aboriginal island building new homes and renovations, as a construction supervisor on a Darwin prison and has 25 years’ experience on the tools in all areas of residential construction.
Mick loves snorkeling and diving, riding his skateboard and hanging out with his partner, Bec, and his kids Elijah and Jade.
Laine is our carpentry apprentice. Laine was offered a full-time position after he worked for us as a labourer for a year.
He is energetic, keen and focused on expanding his skills and on, eventually, becoming a qualified chippy!
Laine moved to Australia in 2017 from Taupo in New Zealand. He loves gaming, riding his motorbike and hanging out with his girlfriend.
Jacob is our part time trades assistant. He’s currently finishing school at McKinnon High. He’s worked with the bricklayers, plumbers, chippies and is pretty handy to have around.
Jacob is hoping to start an apprenticeship as a carpenter when he finishes school.
He loves footy, working out and playing his video games.
Mark is our fully qualified carpenter. He's been working in the industry for 20 years now working in domestic, commercial FIFO, specialising in renovations and extensions. Mark has his Certificate 4 in Building and Construction.
He takes great pride in his work and his attention to details is second to none.
Mark enjoys hanging out with his wife and 2 daughters, motor sports and taking his skyline out to club meetings and learning new skills.
