Step 1: Free Design Consultation
Share your vision, discuss your budget and create your wish list
Attend a free design consultation with our design and build specialist
Review a concept design proposal
Sign Stage One concept design agreement (concept fee stage)
Receive access to Buildertrend owner portal
Step 2: Concept design
Site investigation report, surveys, zoning and land information prepared
Attend concept brief meeting with our building designer
Concept design prepared including review and sign off
Sign stage two working drawings agreement (working drawings fee stage)
Step 3: Working Drawings
Working drawings prepared and reviewed
Reports and engineering prepared and reviewed
Construction estimate completed (estimating fee BUILD ONLY)
Provide construction proposal including fixed price quote
Review draft contract and specifications proposal (contract fee stage)
Step 4: Contract and approvals
Sign contract and pay deposit (5% deposit)
Attend interior design meeting at Gallerie Studios
Interior drawings, selections, review and sign off
Application and issue of building permit
Step 5: Construction
Start date and schedule confirmed
Construction commences
Builder issues payment claims as stages are reached (payment stages as per contract)
Attend stage site meetings
Step 6: Handover
Notice of completion sent
Attend final inspection
Certificate of occupancy and final claim issued
Attend handover with Pepper Team
180-day maintenance period commences
