General Manager and Builder
Henri handles the strategic side of Pepper, making sure the team on site has everything they need to deliver without delays.
As General Manager, he bridges the gap between the plans and the build, overseeing estimating, contract administration and OHS compliance.
With a Diploma in Construction Management, Henri’s priority is a stress-free, transparent build for every client, backed by clear communication.
Construction Manager and Builder
Matt is the engine room of our construction team. He started as a 16-year-old apprentice chippy and went on to manage high-end projects for some of Melbourne’s top firms.
Today he oversees every trade, order and site detail with clockwork precision.
A registered builder with full MBAV and OHS accreditation, Matt’s focus is simple: quality homes, delivered on time and on budget.

Operations Coordinator
Amber keeps everything running behind the scenes, from building permits to scheduling. She’s often your first point of contact and keeps communication clear.
Lead Carpenter
With over 25 years of carpentry experience and five years at Pepper, Mark takes real pride in the quality of every finish. When Mark’s on site, you know the details will be done right.
Carpenter
Ben completed his apprenticeship with Pepper and is now a qualified carpenter on our crew. He works quickly without cutting corners, and takes pride in getting every detail right.

Meet Pepper
Our loyal Labrador and original Clerk of Works. Pepper was on site for our very first projects in 2009. Today her name is on every home we build, as a mark of loyalty, reliability and local character.
