Driven by a passion for building excellence, Matt is dedicated to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. He’s a registered builder with extensive qualifications, including MBAV Green Living accreditation and full OHS certification.
With a background that spans from his days as a 16-year-old apprentice chippy to becoming a project manager for top Melbourne builders, Matt’s experience ensures your home is in safe hands.

General Manager
Henri is the mastermind that keeps Pepper Constructions running smoothly. As our general manager, he’s involved in everything that isn’t on-site building. From ensuring OHS compliance to managing our estimating, contract administration, and marketing, Henri is the go-to for the behind-the-scenes operations.
His commitment to transparency and honesty makes sure that every client feels informed and supported throughout the building process. Henri's systematic approach ensures our construction processes are seamless, and every project remains stress-free for our clients.
With a Diploma in Construction Management and certifications in OHS and renewable energy technology, Henri brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He’s also a Green Living accredited builder working towards a more sustainable future.
