Matt is the engine room of our construction operations. A registered builder who started as a 16-year-old apprentice chippy, he has risen to manage high-stakes projects for some of Melbourne’s top firms. Today, Matt uses that 15-year foundation to oversee every trade, procurement, and site detail with clockwork precision.
With full MBAV and OHS accreditation, Matt’s focus is simple: delivering architectural excellence on time and on budget. Whether it’s a high-end extension or a multi-unit development, his hands-on leadership ensures the 150-project legacy of Pepper continues with every slab poured.
Amber is the backbone of Pepper Constructions. She manages the essential infrastructure that keeps our projects moving—from building permits and IT systems to construction scheduling. Her organizational expertise ensures the internal side of the business runs as precisely as the sites themselves.
As a key point of contact, Amber ensures that communication between our team and our clients is always clear and transparent. Her dedication to the details is what keeps our projects on track and ensures that the day-to-day operations of the company remain seamless.
Mark brings over 25 years of residential carpentry experience to the Pepper team. With an unmatched eye for detail and a decade of leadership on high-end sites, he ensures every structural and aesthetic element is executed with absolute precision.
